The J. Ching Lee Endowment

Dr. James C LeeThe J. Ching Lee Endowment is in the process of being established in honor of Jim Lee and his outstanding career. The endowment will be used tosupport a variety of educational activities in the Graduate Program in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, including for example, the Wang Ying-Lai Memorial Lecturer, the Robert A. Welch Award for Excellence in Graduate Research in Chemistry, and Dept. ofBiochemistry and Molecular Biology scholarships. Few have contributed as much as Jim in teaching, research and service and it is fitting to acknowledge his outstanding accomplishments with an endowment bearing his name. Please find a pledge form for the purpose of contributing to the J. Ching Lee Endowment. We invite you to contribute as much as you are able, with the knowledge that payments of your pledge can be scheduled over a period of as much as five years. Also, 100% of what you give is tax deductible and will go to the J. Ching Lee Endowment - there are no administrative costs and you will receive a receipt from UTMB.  This is a noble cause and a fitting way to honor Jim’s legacy as a champion of education and students.
